    Here's a full database of every 3ds rom search for 9.2 firm and ur off (eg go to ur local games store and pick up ssb turn off WiFi and it will tell you to up date before playing this game that update will put you on 9.2 and your as good as gold)

    The cheapest way to do that is to. Find a game that updates your 6.4 3ds to <=9.2.0 install emuNAND and FBI to install cia's install a X or Y (witch ever your daughter prefers) and buy the other one for yourself

    Answer 1 Cia ar kinda safe as I said before no headdr is never preferred 2 as long as the 3ds can read it than it dose not matter much just go for a higher speed if ur using cias a lot 3 I'd try wiping everything and starting over
