Yes, mine was in the same situation: only banned from online gaming, NNID still fine. (No 022) There's a chance that's a temporary ban, so backup your seed before doing this.- Xocopinho

Got 002-0102 ban today, eshop and miiverse still working. Put localfriendseed from a friend, now my console is fully functional! Next month I will try to inject my localfriendseed since I haven't got 022-2812 (permban).- Xocopinho
