vita2hos: Translation layer from Vita to Horizon OS

Interesting. Would it be possible to do the same for the PS3? The PS3 CellOS, like the Vita OS, is also based on FreeBSD and NetBSD. Theoretically it should be possible. Would be pretty damn neat.

Cannot reinstall software; cannot update: error SU-101217-2

Hello, My digital PS5 is having some major issues. Let's start with this: If I try to install the latest update, it fails and I get put into a Safe Mode boot loop with error SU-101217-2. If I try to reinstall from a USB using Option 7 in Safe Mode, I get the same error, SU-101217-2 "Something...

Homebrew NUSspli - Install content directly from the Nintendo Update Servers to your Wii U

It worked. At least for Mario Kart 8, the error slapped me on Windwaker originally. I’ll try to redownload it and I’ll comment if it does it again. Thanks! =D

Homebrew NUSspli - Install content directly from the Nintendo Update Servers to your Wii U

Does anybody have an answer for the sigpatch error when trying to download from NUSSpli on Tiramisu? I know for a fact the rpx is in the right place, but I keep getting the error.

Inside. I'm dead inside. It counts.

Baikal kernel for CUH-7215B 9.00 with USB network dongle support

Yeah, that's rancid(o)'s kernel, but it's 4.14. I ripped the config from that kernel to compile mine. That one works, but being on 4.14, you don't have access to the good Mesa drivers.

Baikal kernel for CUH-7215B 9.00 with USB network dongle support

Use the HDMI trick. At the black screen, hit CTRL + ALT + F2, Unplug the HDMI for a second, plug it back in, hit CTRL+ALT+F1

    Cutefish os Linux

The fix won't be in a distro - low level drivers for LAN, WLAN and Bluetooth have to come from the kernel. A new bzimage. Closest I've come so far, is compile this. It's a version of the 5.13.18 Baikal I compiled with the config of a 4.14.93 that had USB dongle support. If you have a USB wifi/...

Baikal kernel for CUH-7215B 9.00 with USB network dongle support

Yes, please let me know. USB dongles are a start, but hopefully this will also incentivize someone else to help figure out internal wlan.

Baikal kernel for CUH-7215B 9.00 with USB network dongle support

HOKAY! So - as we all know, CUH-7215B (and 6B, and several newer Slims with Baikal chips) have almost no working kernels. There is a 4.14.19 Baikal patched kernel with dongle support thanks to rancid(0) but because it's 4.14 we don't get the fancy mesa drivers for actually good graphics...
