    Must be different ban types then as I've seen people in multiple threads with banned switches saying game updates work still work. And then in other threads like you two here saying with your bans they don't.

    All speculation though because nobody knows for sure what Nintendo is going to do. It could be entirely possible for you to pirate some single player games and still go online legitimately with other games... Nobody knows. Time will tell and it will be interesting. I have an OG softmodded...

    Strange... Lots of the original youtube vids at the start said it didn't. Even if it is needing all of them, they don't all need to be from the game you want to play and they can still be found in many of the usual places. Good job spreading misinformation telling him he's bought a paperweight...

    They are likely to ban certs which are being used by many people at once. The ones which people will have found online so could be used by 10+ or even 100+ people at the same time. But I doubt they'll ban any where it's only 2 people at the same time because one of those 2 people have...

    Glad they settled instead of going to court. A judgement in court could have ruined the whole emulation scene. Was always going to happen though, Nintendo wouldn't sit by whilst somebody earns $25,000 monthly helping people pirate their games. And yes, not everybody pirated, but lets say 80%...

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
