    What about downgrade? From what I've seen from people getting banned is that they downgraded during the installation and went online. Others went online with 11.4 then downgraded and went back online. Could it be possible they seen this?

    The N2DS isnt out yet right? If you manage to unlink it then yeah you can use it and the ban won't carry over since it's a console ban. I just doubt cfw can be installed on it since it might of had a revision on motherboard

    I think it has to do something with the fact that people are taking advantage of the system transfer to install bootstrap. Nintendo is getting so many calls daily of getting account transfered back that they decided to pull this stunt. Something they probably planned since sighax was announced...

    The only way would be to inject a banned seed on a good console and then perform cfw installation and what not and then put back the original seed and boom, servers think you haven't done anything to the system. Just don't run fbi on the good seed or any other homebrew and you'll be good. Maybe

    So you're saying this will only work on systems that has never ran homebrew or cfw? What is the point then? Might as well just wait until it's safe to use a legit seed

    But if your console has been flagged the original seed is flagged as well. How would them seeing you are already banned take you off the list? It will only take the seed you are using off the list. Not the original one because that's still flagged.
