According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way that a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyways. Because bees don't care what humans think is impossible

Also Mew, Doduo line, Arceus (even Pikachu) can learn fly

But besides that the gravitational constant was never revealed in the Pokemon games so it's possible gravity is much lower

And beyond that he might be composed of mostly air on the inside and have very low density for all we know
