One day just take melatonin and sleep

I tried going to sleep at 9:30 but I couldn't, at around 12:00 I took 10 mg of melatonin and I felt extremely sleepy but never managed to go to sleep. At 4:30 I got up and I had to go to Arkansas... In all I got less than 4 hours of sleep
