Basically starting tomorrow morning nobody can go outside without a permit and if you don't have one you are arrested on the spot and thrown in a cell, then fined! You can't even go to the fucking store in the corner 20 meters away from your house without risking being arrested! You are only allowed out ONCE a week to buy essentials like food pretty much and only with permits:/
