You talk about flavor of meat... then you mention chicken, fucking CHICKEN, as in the ONE meat that because of it's molecular structure HAS NEXT TO NO TASTE! Dude, go have your taste buds checked lol Beef is amazing, pork is amazing, venison is just perfect, lamb is ok-ish, goat is pretty good since it's lamb without the bad parts, then chicken is the worst taste-wise. Also seafood is NOT meat:P

People who categorize chicken as a "good flavored meat" are retarded... tell me, how DO you prepare the chicken? By adding TONS of various spices to GIVE it flavor, that's why we only heavily season chicken while for pork we just sprinkle a tiny bit of pepper and salt over it instead of literally marinating it in spices, pork has actual flavor, chicken due to molecular makeup has NEXT to no flavor by itself.
