Try looking for a phone number and calling that (if you can). I had to privately report something to the police in my area once and the only way of doing that (aside from marching into a station) was over the phone.

Being outside of the US,I can't quite call since I'd have to use VoIP and doubt they'd find that as a reliable source for a "tip". I need to report a pedophile literally threatening irl and trying to blackmail a young girl friend of mine from Flodira, but Florida has the stupid law that reporting stuff to the police becomes visible publicly,so that would end up ruining her life since her name would be out about this!

Oooh, hm. You might have to find someone on the forum who can make the call for you. If that’s not an option, the best option may just be making it public regardless. I’ve been in that situation, and usually bad things come of it, but the benefits outweigh it. There’s always a sacrifice to be made, and this may just have to be that sacrifice.
