(1) I prefer the old opening, although that might just be because I was exposed to it first. It might also be because it was attached to the OG title screen, which is amazing and ABSOLUTELY RUINED in Golden.
(2) The yellow silhouettes of our main characters over the beautifully lit halls, as this beautiful, melancholic piano piece. Once you hit start it continues, as yellow then surrounds a silhouette of the protagonist showing the halls.
(3) And (paradoxically) this title screen is REMOVED in the remake, with it being exchanged for a shitty logo on a shitty background, with the old music feeling completely ill fit for this completely forgettable and generic new title screen.
(4) I just booted the OG game up and was immediately struck by memories of those halls, which I'll never forget, and I'm saddened that future generations won't experience that when revisiting this game on the mostly superior PC release, at least in terms of the content only featured in the original release.
(5) I still don't understand the appeal in playing an already complete game with tacked-on new content that only distracts from the intended PS2 experience.
I played Golden first, and I was pretty surprised at the change of tone for the opening between the two versions, but I still prefer Golden. I also much prefer Chie's new voice actor. I know that's also a complete split in the fanbase but I really think her new voice fits better.
I would like a Predator game "Kill Team" it takes place in the Jungle of the first movie, your team is sent to hunt the predator, using current tech drones and a trained team. Set traps use strategy to hunt and trap or kill the predator.
I went today and looked at a motorcycle someone was selling. I get there and the battery on it was dead, so the guy grabbed a battery charger and hooked it up. He plugged it into the wall, and the motorcycle sparked and started smoking. Come to find out the bike uses a 6 volt battery and the guy had the charger set to 12v. I said sorry to the dude and walked away. I felt bad for him tho.
