Yeah my life is little bit hard because I am 32 years old and gay so my family wants me to get married and I never had friends outside my family like cousins and I cut all of my cousins too lol. Every one changed and turned into monsters. I also never felt comfortable around my own gender (guy) because of my sexuality I fear they might notice something.

I even developed high blood pressure due to these stresses.

Also worried about covid and little bit about work lol so my mind and body are out of sync sometimes my stress out even if I am not thinking of something negative. I get real panic attack, high heart rate and high blood pressure and when I go to the hospital it goes away just by waiting in the waiting room.

Yes that's Nervous Anxiety.
It's a bad thing as it might actually develop heart diseases if you don't learn to control it.

I know by experience, as I lived 1 year with it after having a heart attack.

I got my health back with physical exercise and occupying my mind learning french.
