I hops so! I don't understand why companies love DRM so much. Heck, I need to remind myself what it is. Sounds like it's on the same lines as what Duenvo has.
There is an easy (but sadly theoretic only) way to get all sort of DRM go away forever:
Have all(!) consumers stop buying|renting|streaming games, movies, music. Have everybody write them an e-mail:
"I would like to buy your content, but since it is copy protected, I refrain from doing so.
Greetings"
After two weeks publishers will go down to their knees an beg consumers to come back… to the consumers' conditions.
