I've downloaded your blurry JPEG and used my Virtual Multimeter. Virtual Multiemeter shows no readings when I measure that resistor. Sorry, we can't do nothing. Have you tried uploading a bigger pic of that resistor? Maybe Virtual Multimeter will pick up readings with a bigger picture.

Seriously speaking... if there's smoke it means it got a short... overvoltage made a fuse or a resistor burn.
So probably the entire board is toasted by now.

The only way to fix this is by checking with a multimeter each piece in the board, test with Continuity for shorts and test with Diode Mode for values.

Depends on where the smoke has come out of.

If you're lucky, it came out of the display connector, and it was just a piece of conductive dust shorting high-voltage panel lines.

@Sono i got it to boot, it was some resistor in the regulator ic that blew up bc of dust it comed with homebrew launcher mario 3d land and some more things
