I thought it doesn't work on 11.3? And isn't it considered outdated in terms of todays standards for CFW? Has it been revived in someway?

1. True. But mainly, there is no main reason to update to 11.3. What I generally do is downgrade them back to 11.2, so they can use RXTools again

serious question, why help downgrade their fw just so they can stick with a cfw that gets no updates?

as more games come out, newer ones will stop working on rxtools due to needing newer firms. it's always better to just move to a cfw that's more updated, even if it's the new rxtools.

i'm sorry, it makes no sense trying to help users with a temporary solution when you could instead set up a more permanent one that will work with almost all future firmwares and games.

there are games and updates coming that don't work on rxtools, like the acnl update which requires 11.0 firm.
