Outpower, 100% absolutely. Outspeed, however, is a harder find. Android's OS is better in every way, EXCEPT that one thing. iOS being so limited and closed does bring one boon over android--it's more optimized.

Well with all that extra power and especially considering the beauty of Android, allowing you to install any Android ROM you'd like on it, I'm sure there's one or another that'll put that power to use and provide a smooth experience.
