First of all, it's lOse, not lOOse. Second, backup your Microsoft key beforehand and see if it lets you reactivate it or backup the registry keys for it and inject them back in after format. Other options involve pirating or buying a new copy or, simply, just get Open Office instead, very similar, does almost the same stuff, 12 times smaller installation and FREE:P

Chances are if its a modern version of Office it'll link your registration to your Microsoft Account so you can just login with it and hurrah. If not. If not then grab a program that gets you the key and enjoy putting it back after format. I don't recommend the registry method unless you really know what you're doing and where every relevant key is.

@ThoD it's office 2010, the key is lost but i could buy new one, i don't know how to find the key.
