Homebrew My 3ds is unable to launch any game

Hi, I installed cfw on the 3ds of my friend and all went fine until now.The 3ds is unable to launch any game whether I click on the 3ds screen or pressing a simply.The 3ds is unable to launch any app but at least I can launch the luma chainloader.Is there a solution?

I forgot to mention that all of the games (3ds,ds,dsiware or virtual console game) doesn't work.Even the pre installed app on 3ds system (system setting and others...) are not launchable.

Actually nothing launch.Not even a black screen. it keep the 3ds on the home menu.

I tried a lot of thing but I don't have a nand backup on this 3ds. Is there a nand file that I could install instead of the one I have???( I know that if I install one from another console I will brick but I think I've seen clean nand backup somewhere).

if you don't have a backup, you didn't install cfw correctly. also nand's are specific to each console, so you cant receive one from another console

Yes I know this.I installed cfw correctly.It's just that my friend erased the nand backup to have more space so that's why I don't have a backup.When I wrote about the nand backup above,I mean the one for 2.1 downgrading by example.
