    Gaming 16 gig USB pen only has 15 gig data space

    Today I bought a 16 gig USB pen, but for some reason my computer says it's only 15 gig. Why is that? Is there any way to get the other gig back or should I take it back to the store under warranty? It's a HP USB and is formatted as FAT32. Thanks in advance.
