    Homebrew way to get CBDS files without java?

    I don't have a computer of my own so i use a library to convert all my dpgs, ect. I've been trying to get CBDS files but PictoDS needs java and for some bizarre reason this computer doesn't have it. Is there any other program that can convert jpg to CBDS that doesn't need java or be installed?
