I wonder what would happen if someone tries to boot from "firm1_enc.bak" by renaming it to "boot.firm" with boot9strap installed. Has someone tested this before?
As the title says, is there a application that lets me reencrypt decrypted .nds roms? I tried eNDrypts Advanced running in admin mode, but I could not creat an encrypted .nds rom matching the no intro database.
I found out that you can change any app on the 3ds to HB-Menue 2.0 with luma 3ds. You just need to inject it into the current app like usual with rosalina then you select “save settings” with rosalina. Now it will load the HB-Menue even after reboot.
Recently, Rei-Six and Luma have the ability to load those firm files from the SD. Whats the point in doing so? If not installed on the SD, will luma an Rei-Six load the Emunand with the Sysnand firmware? Or will they load it off the Emunand/Rednand? What will the advantage be?
Does someone knows more about it? I am curious if by using Rednand/Emunand instead of the Nand memory, which could go bad after reaching its maximum write/read cycles? Does the SD I/O chip on the 3DS motherboard also have such a limitation?
If I am trying to connect to the eshop, I am getting the Error Code: 005 5958.
My current Setup:
Sysnand: 11.0.0-33E with A9LH
Emunand: 11.0.0-33U
CFW: Luma 6.1.1
What I did so far: I installed A9LH on my o3DS. After a while I decided to keep the sysnand as clean as possible and did a restore...
