    cpu still matters quite a bit, its just you'd benefit more from better graphics. you wont get anywhere playing BF:BC2 with a single core at a decent res even with the highest card out. read the ananadtech link i posted. the only reason to go for a 955 over an i7 is if you're on a tight budget...
