    You have it set to auto-run the last game on startup. You have to hold a button while launching to get back into the menu - I think it is "B" IIRC Or hold down L+R+Down+B for 2 seconds while in the NDS game, that should take you back to the menu so you can change the settings

    I think I miscommunicated - I followed those steps and the update installs fine, but I get the error in the game when trying to visit the add on content shop. I have none purchased or installed, so nothing I can delete. I can't even view the DLC options, as I get error 009-6106 when I attempt to.
