Yes, there's no "minimum size" here. And that's the reason why some companies are avoiding GPL (there are other open source licenses more permissive which what you could do) and wasting lots of money and time re-writing libraries and code.
I thought you could use offline the CFW with emunand, and go online with ofw/sysnand (the error log / telemetry should be "clean", shouldn't it?)
