Discord server invite links are on a timer, they're not good perpetually. Just because the invite link shows invalid doesn't mean you were banned.

    How'd you do it?!

Yeah, I don't want to have them unusable so I just cut it back to a handful of games I really wanted launchers/banners for. I'll try doing the bit with the rom tomorrow and see how it goes.

Does copying the to the SD Card make it so you can still launch them, or are they just stored on the SD card as backup and essentially unusable until copied back to the nand? And I did not try that. So fill those locations with 00s and use that rom to generate the forwarder?

Homebrew [NDS] Forwarder CIAs for your HOME Menu

No clue, I only noticed it because I already had a number of DSiWare titles from the eshop installed, so once I finished installing the handful of NDS games I wanted launchers for, I noticed my other DSiWare titles had vanished. Seems like there's a hard limit of 8 pages worth (going by the 3DS...

I guess a PSA for anyone who didn't already know: The 3DS has a hard limit of 40 total DSiWare titles you can install. You can install more obviously, but they won't show up on the home menu, or existing ones will vanish until you delete them.

Same here. I didn't need to hex edit anything, the ysmenu.ds in the forwarder pack worked no problem.

Tried that, same deal with the blank title / banner white icon. Wonder if it has to do with my rom in particular, in the process of uploading it somewhere for you.

Homebrew [NDS] Forwarder CIAs for your HOME Menu

Has anyone managed to make a forwarder with a working title / banner for the fan-translated patched rom of Fire Emblem Shin Monsho no Nazo Hikari to Kage no Eiyu (Fire Emblem: Heroes of Light and Shadow)? I've been trying since yesterday, and no matter if I do it manually or using the app, the...

Yeah, I think there's something about the way the rom was patched to insert the translation that something doesn't like. The app thinks it's DSI enhanced, if I run it like that the actual forwarder CIA works, it loads the rom -- but there's no banner or icon, just a blank white icon. Same thing...

Damn, maybe it doesn't like the ones I'm using. I've tried using the app and doing it manually.

So, PSA: Looks like fantranslated ROMS won't work with this. Everyone I've tried has either thrown an error, or I get the white icon with no text and banner. I've tried 3 different games, all with the same result. If someone has managed to get one working, please let me know.

If it looks like this, you need to right-click and delete the 0 from the path. So for me, I would have to change it so it reads Path: Games/TWEWY.nds

That's how I noticed it, when I got a white icon with no text and banner. It's why I said something. :D

If you're using the java app to generate the .nds files, make sure that the path to the location of the rom is correct. If you're using TWEWY.nds as the rom name, the app will automatically add a 0 so it would look like TWEWY0.nds instead of TWEWY.nds. You need to make sure to remove the 0...

I'd like the ability to specify the location where the generated dat and cia files are stored, instead of it always being stored in the generated folder. It's fine if you're using the JAR version, but if you're using the Windows version it's always going to be stored on the same drive as...

No idea, I haven't tried. Having the .DAT part automatically be 6 characters by removing or adding characters is perfectly fine the way it is, it's having it also change the rom path that's going to throw some people.
