Hardware Anyone know how to update nand to (any exploitable one)
Alright so I have finally gotten my Sky3ds, I have also tried updating the system via a game but nothing seems to be working, anyone able to instruct me on doing the update via a game rom (sky3ds) that would be greatly appreciated. I forgot to mention I have a Japanese N3ds LL- nemofunk

Sadly, at the moment I dont have either, I will hopefully get my sky soon (its on its way), but I am getting impatient waiting for it haha. Just wondering if anyone knew of a way to do it without buying anything new at least for the time being.- nemofunk

Alright after *some digging I haven't been able to figure out if it can be done, I have one of the Japanese N3ds with 8.1.0-0J as its version and no easy access to games, I was curious if anyone out there has been able to figure out a way to update the nand so that OoT exploit for Gateway mode...- nemofunk

the psplink.prx isnt working on my 5.50 Gen D3 PSP 1000 it actually doesnt even get me to the black screen. -

Im pretty sure it is just missing some information that it needs to get back to the XMB I dont really think that it has any significance to the iso not working -

I havent gotten to the red screen but that is mostly because I havent modified the iso in any way shape or form but with the black screen I can go back to the XMB without issue. which I have actually heard that some people are freezing even on the black screen trying to go back. -

as mentioned it has been tried, by a few people even with different umd's in the drive. I have tried with the Choto Shot Edit umd, but one of the things people are speculating is that it has something to do with the 6.20 update being on the UMD but so far the only game with it that has been... -

not necessarily, just think of how long it took to get FFVII meaning that it could just be a decision not to release it through the PSN. Especially because it isnt mandatory for them to release it online. But I am only guessing. -

I would ask for the eboot but I dont have a way to repack the iso with the new eboot cause Im on a mac and dont have any way of running windows programs so if anyone knows of a mac program that can do this let me know -

Ohh I was also wondering if anyone out there knows if there is a way of converting an iso or cso to an Eboot? or even just a way to make an eboot that is like a shortcut to an iso? I have a few things I would like to try -

I have faith that someone will find it, I will also hopefully have the UMD by friday so yeah Im not really that worried about not playing the game but it would be nice to not have to wait till then.
