Hey, does the Everdrive 64 v3 (or any other model) able to somehow hold onto memory pak saves? I'd rather not rely on battery based memory to store my saves.
Being an idiot, I accidentally got Deoxit D5 in my ribbon cable slot (being too slopping cleaning my shoulder buttons).
I didn't realize it until I turned the the SP on and the screen was off. For a second it's the normal brightness, then the screen dims and the pixels sort of flicker.
I...
Specifically for an N64 (and I may use it for my Wii as well).
Something that will maintain 4:3 without too much input lag.
Anybody have recommendations in a couple budget ranges?
Edit: Meant to say component cables.
Got an Acekard 2i a right before rhs was shut down.
Unfortunately, it takes at least two tries to turn the damn thing on every time I want to play (though it has never frozen on me mid game).
Anyway, I'm going to upgrade to something better - hopefully in the forty dollar range. Anybody know...
Wondering since the EZ Flash IV I currently have is built like crap.
The bottom right edge is always completely separated, the front and back coverings don't line up properly, and it feels like this could thing easily break.
It'll honestly be worth the upgrade to me if the new model is well...
So I'll be putting my PSP Go into 6.61 LME later today, and I was wondering what exactly I had to do to get PSX Eboots running on my system.
Back when I set up my PSP 1000, I remember setting up popsloader in the seplugins folder and finding a bunch of different pops files online in order to...
Been looking around online and I've found a few patches here and there that let you play multiplayer games via link cable around the web (mostly for Pokemon). I was wondering if I could find them all the ones that have been made (or a lot of them) in one place. Is there such a place?
I found a ROM of Boktai 1 that works and is patched with a RTC and solar sensor patch.
However, there's an intro attached to it I find rather obnoxious and would rather just patch a clean ROM myself.
It's easy enough to find the solar sensor patch, but I can't seem to find a RTC patch for...
I've been playing the US version of Boktai on version 1.72 RESET with a patch that can be found here:

Now I've been patching, unpatching, repatching using gbata.exe, but I can never seem to get the game to work...

I mean yeah sure but the specs are the same as a $50 model, it's just those pesky "quality of life" things driving up the price, like an actually working speaker, or buttons that don't melt, and stuff like that.
I think all in my Pi 4 was well north of 200 bucks 150ish for the Pi 4 the case the fancy cooler, then like 70 for the 500GB MicroSD then like 70 for the Xbox controller. But honestly it's a nice set up I really enjoy and to me was worth every penny. (even bought more controllers for 2 or 4 player games.) hmmm have never played any 2 player games yet
Yeah that's what I hate about the RPi, it's supposedly $30 or something but it takes an additional $200 of accessories to actually turn it into a working something.
Yeah a lot of it I consider a hobby, using Batocera I am constantly adjusting the collection adding and removing stuff, scraping the artwork. Haven't even started on some music for the theme... Also way down the road I am considering attempting to do a WiiFlow knock off lol
