A few years ago, in my DS Lite time, I bought a pack of the same thing you pointed and I had the feeling it was making too much pressure at one specidifc spot of the touchscreen. Where the thumb strap divide the pressure by touching a bit more of the surface of the touchscreen. Pip'- Pippin666

Yes, a second analog stick is by far the best solution for 99% of the people. I would like to try the CPP, but because I use a Nyko+ battery pack it won't fit.
