    I would go for the Htc because of the capabilities of android.     Ive used mugen before and there is no balencing in that game unless you dl a premade one where someone actually took the time to compile all the chars and somewhat balence it.     PC Build and Install done!

    Overkill ram much? If the purpose is for gaming than maybe a quadcore processor with more ghz, the graphics is a monster but i think probably a 200 series or maybe radeon 5770 would have made it to todays gaming standard, unless you a hardcore ultra gamer or if this is for work than yeah...
