Hardware Looking for Fire Orange transparent Ninendo Switch Replacement Housing.

Does anyone have a lead on where I might find a full set of Transparent Orange replacement shells for the Switch and Joy-cons? I can only seem to find primarily Green and Purple.

Homebrew RELEASE NUT GUI USB and Network installer for Tinfoil and SX Installer

Based on everything I've read, exFat is just way too susceptible to corruption ... more or less everyone says to avoid it.

Homebrew RELEASE NUT GUI USB and Network installer for Tinfoil and SX Installer

I appreciate the feedback, however, whenever I try and select a NSP or XCI over 4GB, I get hundreds of errors saying:

Hacking Question et another EmuMMC firmware update thread ... Updating EmuMMC while retaining SysNAND

So, I simply updated to 9.0.0 and left autoRCM off, allowing it to burn fuses. The result, my EmuMMC updated to 9.0.0, and my stock firmware remains on 3.0.0 My fuse count, still only shows 3 even after numerous reboot cycles ...

Hacking Question et another EmuMMC firmware update thread ... Updating EmuMMC while retaining SysNAND

Should I disable autoRCM? It claims it would burn fuses then, but most of what I've read online says that with EmuMMC, you should disable AutoRCM mode.

Hacking Question et another EmuMMC firmware update thread ... Updating EmuMMC while retaining SysNAND

For sure, hence my initial concern. Work day has started, so I wont be able to test this until lunch break, but I'll keep you posted. Thanks again!

Hacking Question et another EmuMMC firmware update thread ... Updating EmuMMC while retaining SysNAND

I have a switch on Firmware 3.0.0 I installed Atmosphere 0.9.4 and EmuMMC on a SD partition. Question: Can I simply boot the EmuMMC and run the factory firmware update? What would this do to my SysNAND, or Fuses? OR: Do I have to run ChoiDujourNX to update my EmuMMC? --- Being new to...

Homebrew Question L4T Lakka, L4T Ubuntu, or Android?

Very interesting points. Thanks for sharing. I think I'm going to jump in and have a go with Ubuntu. Are you able to elaborate on the resyncing though? When do the controllers need to be resynced? Is it just on boot? or some other situation?

Homebrew Question L4T Lakka, L4T Ubuntu, or Android?

So, in terms of performance (Specifically with emulation, more specifically with Nintendo 64 and GameCube), which option would offer the best performance over all?

Homebrew RELEASE L4T Lakka Switch - now with audio and Vulkan

Has anyone managed to get Pokemon Snap to work in L4T Lakka? I can boot the game, play the game (about 85% full speed), but when I play the first course, take photos, and head to Prof. Oak for review, the images are all blank, or at least they are to Prof. Oak, and he can't see any Pokemon in...

Homebrew RELEASE L4T Lakka Switch - now with audio and Vulkan

Ok, so after all this, L4T still couldn't find the GCZ compressed files, so I simply went back to just raw ISOs.

Homebrew RELEASE L4T Lakka Switch - now with audio and Vulkan

Wow, so, even after GCM Utility, and then compressing them to .GCZ, the files are still larger than simply compressing the ISO to 7z ... Seems like a wasted opportunity, not supporting an existing compression format, in favor of their in house inferior compression ... Unless, there's more to it...

Homebrew RELEASE L4T Lakka Switch - now with audio and Vulkan

Wow, thanks for the tip sj33. For now I'm going to just use ISO's, but I'll likely compress these all tomorrow when I'm at my home PC.

Homebrew RELEASE L4T Lakka Switch - now with audio and Vulkan

I guess L4T doesn't support compressed roms? I added a few GC roms in 7z format and it wouldn't pick them up. I'm extracting one now to ISO and will test again.

Homebrew RELEASE Lakka.tv - turn your Switch into a RetroArch powered retrogaming console - includes PSX, N64 and PSP

So, wait, in an effort to gain full speed Nintendo 64, we had to sacrifice Dolphin? Is that what I'm understanding? I also assume the audio in the tweet clips was that of Bluetooth Speaker? As there was no mention of the audio being supported yet. Thanks as always :)

Homebrew RELEASE Lakka.tv - turn your Switch into a RetroArch powered retrogaming console - includes PSX, N64 and PSP

Stupid idea, but make sure the JoyCon's are fully charged. Boot native horizon, and let them charge for a couple of hours.
