I used to have an account, but since moving computers, have forgotten the damned username/password!
Makes it very difficult for anyone to guess my logins... but also very hard for me to remember them all!
For the homebrew channel,
X:\apps\nanddumper\boot.elf
X:\apps\snes9x\boot.elf
Should work. If not... I don't know.
The icon should be a png file, by the way. Not a gif.
If your homebrew channel cursor has the middle finger up, see this thread.
Flashed a long time ago, before carts could do it themselves.
Remember, flashing does still have its advantages - you'll be able to recover your DS if, for some reason, the firmware is ever damaged.
EDIT - forget it, didn't read your question properly.
I think the bz2 file goes onto the root directory of your SD card in a folder called 'mfe'.
So you'd have the boot.elf and the rest of the stuff in
SD://apps/mfe/
And the bz2 in
SD://mfe/
Received my replacement discs today - not just a disc, they've sent a whole case, plus manual, etc... (no free faceplate, however).
Listed on the disc as RVL-RGHP-EUR-2
If your email is the same as mine, they haven't even opened the envelope yet!
I wonder how many work-experience staff Activision have working on the replacement disc programme...
I sent mine 11/04. On the 25, received an email:
But haven't heard anything since.
If it takes them more than ten days to simply open the envelope at check the disc is in there, I don't have high hopes that I'll be seeing my replacement disc until next Christmas.
MKDS gave you a star by your name in online races once you had three star ratings on all tracks, I seem to remember. I wouldn't expect any more than that.

I found it funny cause many many years ago, had a roommate in college that did this same dumbass branding of the school logo, but it didn't look anything like it after it healed. Just looked like a birthmark.
