    Admittedly when I'm not affected by it seeing that sort of thing is kind of quaint in a stupid way. As soon as it starts bombarding me in a community I'm actually trying to participate in, though, I flip the switch REAL quick.

    Like a hardware upscaler for HDMI devices. Does the mClassic do that? Apparently if I want to use my AR glasses with the PS3 I'd need a way to give it a stable 1080p signal or it'll start wreaking havoc on the video out.

    As a general Sonic Mania Plus decomp question: is there like...a script that can compile the game for you? No one is willing to provide a Mania-enabled binary but at the very least I would hope there's a way to automatically perform the steps to compile the source code with the Plus content enabled.

    How about just using a Pro Controller as controller 1? Is that doable? Only way I can get Nintendont to play with Wii U accessories is to launch it with the GamePad active but doing that makes the GamePad P1.

    I would think at that point you're telling the PS2 to..."pretend" to be a PS1 rather than tapping into the embedded hardware (in other words making the PS2 side process PS1 games and leave the PS1 hardware out of it). I believe that's what POPStarter is doing and my understanding is that method...
