    Is anyone having trouble using the manual? Every time I open it, it says the SD card was removed and reboots the console.

    Dropping works for me. Like PC version, you need to maintain the Drop button pressed for a couple of seconds and then you'll see how it drops whatever card/pill and trinket (except for "the tick").

    My point being: Who the fuck knows what that check is going to do?! All you need to know is that they already implemented brick code. What makes you think they won't do it again that particular date? Whatever it does, the odds are it's another brick code.

    You are right. Probably, that day it's not going to check for something in particular to brick the device. That date, for sure, is going to enable WiFi and download a copy of "Hello Kitty island" ...

    I don't say they give a shit. What I say is that, for me at least, is not a solution to just ship them my 3DS, provided it bricks, for I won't have it back do to my country restrictions. Even if I happened to get it back, still I'd have to pay for a shipment and a customs aproval to receive it...

    Wouldn't it be more simple for the Clone cards to clone MT copy from Gateway? That way, they would have multirom support without brick code from the latest release from Gateway. Assuming MT didn't put bricking code in their launcher. :)

    Even if gateway has the ability to fix bricked 3DSs (and most likely they do); that doesn't mean everyone is going to be able to send them their bricked devide. I for one have a Gateway 3DS and if I were to have the extreme misfortune of having my 3DS bricked, I would have to send it to them...
