Bricked my phone help needed

Wouldn't be nice if we had a list of which CDN cia belongs to each firmware? e.g in order to install fw 4.5 you have to install xxxx1.cia, xxx2.cia etc. Or existing cdn downloader had a function to categorize downloads on old and new 3ds without that many dublicate cia- pikatsu
