Tutorial Multiple emuMMC setup, including restoring a clean NAND for online use

@kassio69 I finally had some time to try and solve my problem. First thing i did was updating Atmosphere and Hekate to the latest version. After that i modified my ini to the following: [Son] payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee-primary.bin emupath=emuMMC/RAW1 emummcforce=1 {} [Psxed]...

Tutorial Multiple emuMMC setup, including restoring a clean NAND for online use

I picked two different user profile images so that i didn't get confused. But it's showing the exact behaviour i wrote in my other post. I'll try again later tonight since now i'm sure that emummc.ini should do nothing if there is an emupath declerated in my hekate ini. I reinstalled my whole...

Tutorial Multiple emuMMC setup, including restoring a clean NAND for online use

@kassio69 I have it somewhat working thanks to your guide. I only have a slight problem and that is that i can't boot a specific emummc partition using my own hekate_ipl.ini config. I have to pick the either one of the partitions through the hekate "emmumc" option. And after that both options...

Tutorial Multiple emuMMC setup, including restoring a clean NAND for online use

They do? No i haven't, since my switch knowledge is still stuck in 2019 and i was assuming that a file based system wasn't an option. Thanks for the heads up, gonna experiment with that later tonight.

Tutorial Multiple emuMMC setup, including restoring a clean NAND for online use

I'm trying to find a way to create two emunand partitions on my 512gb. One for my 5 year old son and one for me. Since Nintendo doesn't offer seperate user accounts, this seems like the next perfect option. Thanks for the guide!

Hardware Joy Con ZL tactile switch specs

Maybe it's my shitty googling skills but finding a momentary tactile smd switch around that size is a pain in the ass. Atleast if you try to find it outside of China.. If i can find a fitting switch with a light actuation force i'll just add those to both my ZL and ZR trigger pcb's.

Hardware Joy Con ZL tactile switch specs

Cool thanks for the measurement! Gonna try finding something local. Not sure how this whole coronavirus fiasco will influence the already way too long shipping times out of China.

Hardware Joy Con ZL tactile switch specs

Sucks that i have no idea where my calipers are. Had to use something else but my really rough measurements of the switch are 3.5mm x 2.5mm x 1.8mm (LxWxH). I've checked out so many tactile smd switches on mouser.com but i can't really find a thing.. :/ edit: Seems like this could fit and has a...

Hardware Joy Con ZL tactile switch specs

Can anyone tell me the specs of the tactile switch on a ZL trigger in the left joy con? I bought a complete replacement part, but the tactile switch on the replacement is nowhere near the feel of the original. I have to press twice as hard to make it register and it's a really loud click. I've...

Hacking WIP [Trinket] [Rebug] [Others] SWITCHBOOT_UF2 / FUSEE_UF2 modchip software

Haha i wish the little engineer good luck! Any idea if the following cable is safe: Amazon.co.uk? It's USB-IF certified so it has the 56k ohm resistor to work out the correct power level.

Hacking WIP [Trinket] [Rebug] [Others] SWITCHBOOT_UF2 / FUSEE_UF2 modchip software

I accidentally flashed "SWITCHBOOT_FEATHER_JOYCON_VOLUME.uf2" on my Trinket m0. The pinout is probably totally wrong now since i don't have power on my trinket and it boots to horizon right away. Is there an easier way for me to solder a stripped usb cable directly on my trinket and reflash it...

Tutorial Internal modchip - SAMD21 (Trinket M0, Gemma M0, ItsyBitsy M0 Express) Guide, Files & Support

I have never enabled auto rcm. I've always used both straps and used autoboot by the chip itself. edit: I desoldered the "volume up" strap so i could avoid the auto boot by the chip. And Horizon boots fine that way. Am i doing something stupid? How do i boot to Horizon with both straps enabled?

Tutorial Internal modchip - SAMD21 (Trinket M0, Gemma M0, ItsyBitsy M0 Express) Guide, Files & Support

I just restored my 7.0.1 NAND and booted stock firmware. Signed in and downloaded the 8.0.1 firmware and installed it. After that i got a popup that i had to restart my device. Because i have no sd card inserted it boots switchboot (v1.3.4 / hekate v4.10.1) directly. But when i pick "Reboot...
