    I prefer individual emulators instead of the very messy RetroArch GUI, I just can't stand it. I like simple things and RetroArch is by no means newbie friendly nor simple at all, and I'm not speaking about adding BIOS'es and so on, but even the most simple configuration is a mess!

    Virtual memory cards are stored on the flashdrive, if you're getting issues at that point then the flashdrive is the problem. My recommendation is to use an external HDD + Y-USB cable combination and your issues will be gone for good.
