    Yes I do, after turn on ur console go for Rosalina Menu trough L+B+D pad. Go on debugger and turn on, after that u can do all the steps u know normaly. Just be sure to turn on debugger in Rosalina Menu, he will force ur console to stay connect in internet.

    I had this error randomly too, i fix in this way. Turn ur 3ds pressing select and mark disable arm11 exception handlers. Press start to save and see if u have some problem

    did u try debbuger from Rosalina's Menu? Because a do this and work perfectly. If u dont know how, press, L, B and D pad. Go on debbuger option and choose enable.

    After u launch NTR open Rosalina Menu, and enable Debugger. This will make ur 3ds stay connected on internet.
