    Hey, sorry if there is an easy fix for this or I'm just dumb, but how do I open it? I have Luma3DS and I have no idea how to open Decypt9. I used to be able to open it with holding a button on bootup but now it just stopped.

    I'm having the same problem, I'm trying to buy DLC from Hyrule Warriors and I keep getting this error code. I have pirated it before, but I bought it from the eShop after I liked it. Can anyone help? Should I call support or would that get me banned, could they know I have modded my 3DS?
