    I have a cousin that have A9LH and 11.1, and I´d like to downgrade my New 3ds with 11.1 with it. Can he use CIAngel to instal Fieldrunners? Because CIAngel install good cias that can be re-installed on eShop, and I don´t want to pay some money for it... Thanks, Darioso:yayu:
