    ok im tryng to install a9lh on a second sd, stuck on the same bit as last time, which is Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax, Go to http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin on your 3DS. always freeze. this time got past the installing arm 11 but doesnt boot screen
