    I have never heard of a single porting project in which the one porting the game (or visual novel in this case) didn't have to get permission from the original creator. Failing to do this usually results in a C&D, but it depends on the dev. But you will get reprimanded in some form or another.

    It's not just a simple conversion of the VN. You would have to rebuild the visual novel from the ground up. And even if you have the programming knowledge to do just that, you would have to contact the original developer for permission to port their work onto the 3ds. I imagine you haven't...

    Your extracted files seem ok. That error message is probably appearing because you're attempting to access your romfs folder which is in a directory requiring admin access to write to. Try moving your romfs folder to your desktop
