I tried this again using one of my 2.5" HDDs and it worked! Wii games load without problems. One thing to note is that I *had* to use the back/top USB port of the Wii U.
The version by blackb0x doesn't load from my flash drive (says "Waiting for HDD..." at startup unlike the non-modded), so the game also doesn't show up.
I might need to try other flash drives or use a HDD.
I've seen this issue in multiple threads, but not for vWii.
As indicated by the title, I'm getting a black screen when attempting to load a Wii game from USB Loader GX running from vWii Homebrew Channel.

I think it would be a question of converting (or recompiling SDCafiine) to RPX format and re-encrypting it with NUSpacker or a similar tool. The "meta" files are already available in this thread, so the only thing missing is a valid rpx file.
Would this require purchasing Kirby: Mass Attack or another one of the DS games? I don't have a backup to install with WUP installer.
On a separate note, I was fishing through my old Homebrew files and found that some forwarders were install-able through the WUP installer (e.g. HBL...
I'm trying to install the forwarder for SDCafiine and I'm confused about the instructions. Could someone explain briefly what you did after putting the files in sdcard/haxchi folder? I don't want to screw it up. I have CBHC by FIX94 so I guess that's the CFW mode that runs automatically. I also...
Although I can't test it at the moment, I'll have to make a setup with AnalogRead to detect if that 24-bit string is being sent to the Arduino via the data line, and I'll report what happens.
As for the power lines, it's a matter of the power going in one direction (GameCube to controller) or...
I'm working on a project and it involves a working connection between a Mayflash GC controller adapter connected to an Arduino via a GC extension cable. The adapter is supposed to receive GC input bytes via the Arduino's AnalogWrite command. I used...
Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately, I don't have a GC controller or any spare parts, but wanted to "emulate" it by sending the input data from computer to GC cable. I guess the Arduino would have enough outputs to help me cover all of the GC controller layout, but (basically), I don't know...
Hello,
I am attempting to send GameCube controller input data in the form of bytes from a computer connected to an Arduino Uno to each of the colored wires where I split the male and female parts of a GameCube cable. The male end of the cable will eventually connect with my Mayflash GC to Wii U...
They booted me from the mod team since I voiced I would be voting for the Libertarian candidate Chase Oliver, quoted as saying he is the only candidate who is "armed and gay"
