    Have a watch of this video, it should explain it to you. In a nutshell though, you have a white tabbed screen so are best to use it with your 32 pin board.

    Well I cut it, and it made no difference unfortunately. That said, a second screen arrived today and it has exactly the same issue. This therefore makes me feel it's either a defective board, or the ribbon adapter is faulty. I've ordered a new ribbon, and will see if that makes a difference...
