    That's standard switch boot procedure, if it detects you are on a high fw and you have less fuses burned than necessary it burns them. The question is rather why did you expect SX OS to have the fuse bypass implemented?

    I'll tell you why: you are writing a 4 byte value onto a 2 byte address. You can only have 255(actually it should be 65535 with 2bytes) of each item and since the items in memory are all next to each other you overwrite them. Example: 08BD20D0 is "Lianna's Hairpin" 08BD20D2 is "Lianna's Cape"...
