For anyone else that has this problem in the future and comes to this thread the command to use is '3ds-xfsatool.exe -i file.fa -o outputfolder' with this tool
Maybe that should say yes instead of no, at first glance it looks like it says 'No, it isn't safe to use this'. Like 'Yes, the freeShop is safe to use and is not related TheCruels offense' would work because you know how thorough a lot of people read descriptions and faqs :P
It's fine to update with cfw, just always make a nand backup beforehand so if you need to go back you can. And if you want to stay under 11.4, you can play online using ctr-httpwn
The guide currently links to this one and that's where it grabs it from. And yea, I see the problem with having to manually add new tools after I notice them but I don't see a change in that unless the site parses the guide website somehow. I don't think it'll be too much of a problem as new...
Yea it get's whatever is latest on github, I don't manually add each version. Unless something new comes out then I would have to update it manually to include the new things.
The file is a python script, it's a command line tool.
There's an exe here https://github.com/polaris-/3ds-xfsatool/releases but it's still command line
Try using this, it says it's for Yokai Watch specifically but may work with Level-5 games like Inazuma Eleven. I've never used the tool so I wouldn't be able to tell you how to use it
