    Due to limitations on the 3ds, you cannot edit the overworld models in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon without it crashing. So the compromise was to just have her actual look be in the cut scenes only

    Thank you for bringing this up, pokemon don't start learning new moves until after lvl 16, the tm's are supposed to be like that on the 3ds, we do not plan on randomizing the inventory of the shops, because the shops are already customized to an extent.
