Does Pokémon Bank can read Pokémon B/W/B2/W2 forwarder 3DS?

Your best option would be to use pksm to transfer your pokemon over instead

Misc Remove NNID from modded 3ds without losing installed CIA games and save

I've had to do this on new 3ds's in order to make the eshop work on region changed devices. The only way to completely delete the eshop account on your device is to system transfer to another device, as it fully transfers your eshop account to another device and leaves your 3ds blank with no...

Yeah just change the 1 back to a 0, the point of changing it to a 1 so it isn’t recognized by the system anymore, changing back will revert the changes

Thanks! And I understand! It's the thought that counts and I wouldn't ever demand anything from anyone! If I had another burner I would try it, might see if I can find a friends or something. Thanks for the comment!

    GCN Help with mini dvd-r

I would if I had another burner! But I don't think I have one available. I may try changing the pot to 170ohms using my multimeter and see if that helps. But if not I'll look into getting compatible mini dvdr's in the future, thanks for your help!

    GCN Help with mini dvd-r

I have a multimeter so I'm able to see my exact value :) It's around 151 which has been working fine. There's no chance increasing it to 170 would help it read these discs, are there?

That’s great, except their sold out haha auto Do you think it’s possible to work if I try lowering the pot a little lower? It’s currently around 151 like I said but if I try around 100 maybe it could read these discs I have? Thanks

I have a laptop, however it doesn’t have an internal disc drive. I’m using an external disc drive and it’s the only one I have. Thanks for the suggestion tho auto Thanks! Kinda wish I could get 10 instead of 5 for that price though. There’s these ones I also found but I wouldn’t be sure if...

What would you reccomend to adjust it too? It's already around 151ohm resistance. I have a DOL-101 if that helps. And I just checked. And yes I Can burn with 2x speed. But it's only allowing me to burn 2x speed also. I can't burn any faster than 4x on the mini dvd-r, which is fine I dont mind...

    GCN Help with mini dvd-r

I have adjusted it and the lens works fine. the resistence is roughly at 151ohms (which I believe to be the lowest you should go) and it reads original discs fine. Reads the big dvd+r's fine. Just won't read these mini dvd-r's. My unit is a DOL-101

Original Gc games work, and I tried burning the mini dvd-r at 4x but imgburn said my drive only supported 2x for this type of disc so I burnt it at 2x

A few weeks ago I succesfully installed a XenoGC modchip in my gamecube. I haven't had any mini dvd-r's to burn games on so I've been using full size dvd r's in the meantime (With the pot set to 152) and it works fine, recently I bought these...

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
    +1
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm

  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds

It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space
