Google Public/Private Cryptography. You've been told before to stop making threads about stuff like this because you know no where near enough to intelligently post about the subject.
EDIT: In this thread: https://gbatemp.net/threads/unban-concept-certs-question.534413/ you were told to stop...
There is nothing to discuss. If you want to avoid bans, wait for Atmosphere's emuNAND solution prior to hacking your Switch. If you are banned, that is forever and there will not be a bypass or anything of the sort.
This is the thing about TX/Gateway/the old scene group 'Paradox' et all: they are grifters. They have little incentive to push out timely updates, since their business is all but dead - 99% of people just want warez, and free CFW offers warez. They don't even have StargateNX anymore to fall back...

AutoRCM is not the issue here. Please stop talking about it. So long as the system is not powered *off* from SXOS, RCM won't drain battery as you will not be in an RCM state.
emuNAND does have a battery penalty and there is no way to avoid it. But the penalty is not substantial.
You need nothing. You will get nothing, as effectively the entire world has a smartphone, and you personally likely have a tablet as well. Use a device better equipped for browsing. The Switch's plastic screen makes touchscreen tasks (like browsing) feel like crap anyway. No homebrew is going to...
LaTeX is a thing where there is a matter of preference. No one actually prefers LibreOffice in any substantive way, it is lacking in almost every department. It is a thing of philosophy, that old GNU garbage that the world looked at and said 'nah' to. Google Docs is minimally functional at best...
alright guys i just started a blog where i make my essays (not my school essays unless i'd find them something i'd want to post here), and started by copy pasting my essay about the dictionary into a blog entry
