I did this exact process a week ago. I also missed the fact that a factory reset was needed after a fw downgrade. I'm sure the info is on gbatemp, but I found the tip on a YouTube comment. I ran the whole process using the sx pro dongle. A week later and I'm still screaming at Tetis 99, with the...
I used bootloaders including sx os and Atmosphere before I performed the first sysnand dump, so no it isn't 100% clean. Right now though there is no simple trace of anything on sysnand. It's clean wipe of stock 7.01 with 9 fuses burnt. Not banned..... yet.
7.0.1 still allows booting of emunand though sx os boot menu, so if you downgrade to 6.2.0 you can create emunand which will allow homebrew to be run through sx os. You can then upgrade the sysnand back to 7.0.1 for standard use and boot to emunand when you need.
Figured it out. Used Atmosphere and choidujourNX to downgrade sysnand to 6.2.0. Got the 2000-000 (0x0) error when booting, but system restore fixed that. Then created full emunand backup (hidden option) using sxos. Then used Atmosphere and choidujourNX again to upgrade sysnand back to 7.0.1...
Did you manage to install an emuNAND using 6.2.0 and then get back to 7.0.1 sysnand? I'm interested in doing the same (I should probably just wait for sxos 7.0.x support). I have also burnt 9 fuses.
I tried to downgrade myself with no luck (from 7.0.1 to 6.2.0) and ended up using a sysnand...
Check your tracking numbers if you haven't received any email update. My status is still processing, but when I check tracking I can see it has been posted in last hour.
My guess is they still haven't received stock yet of Pro or OS. They are preparing shipments in advance, so when stock arrives they can drop device in, seal package and start shipping. That could be why people have started receiving tracking numbers days ahead of the devices actually being sent.
Looks like they ship from Poland and Sweden. I'm in Sweden, ordered on 16th and not received an update so looks like Poland depot got them first. Hopefully hear something soon.
Hypothetical question that I hope TX will answer... if I boot my switch into OFW without using any of the TX products and removing my SD card, is there any way for Nintendo to identify my Switch? Would save data stored locally be a possible flag for banning?
