The Deck is still the king for a while in cost/benefit ratio and pure gaming performance, but I'd rather buy a GPD or Ayaneo products for the superior overall performance and usage as an actual PC when needed.
I'll be getting an used Ayaneo 2 pretty soon.
They (Chinese companies, at least)...
This will keep happening as long as they keep using "pop" code hosting.
There are so many DMCA-bully-free hosting options, that are themselves free to host too, that I really don't understand why people working in grey areas insist on using github/lab.
A single google search will give you tons...
1 - You really don't need a Windows license for anything.
2 - You don't need any furniture either. I use my PC connected to the same TV as the PS5/Switch (both of which barely get some use these days), with a wifi kb+mouse.
3 - PS5/XS are definitely more value for your money when considering...
After reassessing my experience with the game, it's quite simple really.
You have to keep returning to locations you've been previously to look for secret passages.
Then it dawned on me: The combat aspect is way too simple, which can be a plus to some, but it's a complete turnoff to me...
I can't believe the lead dev assumed people wouldn't pirate using emulators.
That's unreal.
Either way, what a sad day for the emulation scene.
Here's hoping we get worthy successors in the future, for both dead emus.
P.S.: Keep being a complete joke, US legal system.
Cool.
However I'd have liked to have seen more of the 5-10s games instead of some.. other games... they've shown.
I'll be "getting" MHS, Penny and Epic Mickey. Considering Arranger, Fantasy Life, Pepper Grinder and ZAU.
Time to update Ryuujinx/Yuzu.
I still chuckle internally at people that swear by physical media, when it "died" for in 2006 with the PS3, and LMAO at people who still believe PC isn't the ultimate gaming platform: it has been the undisputed best since the end of Sony's exclusivity on their first-party games, and was already...
I actively avoid RGB accessories though. Even more so for my WiFi peripherals.
Too much energy consumption for nothing, and I hate the "party" feeling.
I used to, then I realized it was a waste of space, money, time etc. And gave it away.
Life gets better (to me, at least) the less things you have to worry about.
Sure, there is a modicum of fun to be had in that nostalgia trip of using old stuff, but it's really not worth it for me.
Maybe if I...
Then I stand corrected, as it has a very niche use case for you and similar "old hardware" people.
Have fun then.
P.S.: I personally think using old hardware is a huge waste of time, money and resources, but if it makes your day, go for it!
The OG is already perfectly playable on the NES (and emulators, and the many MM collections).
Sub second improvements on loading and reduced flicker is way too few to make the endeavor worthwhile IMO.
I stand by the notion that it's a /flex thing, but I'll wait to play it and see if it has...
I haven't played my Switch n a month or so, just been playing Xbox, and just picked to play lil and Damn that A and B, X and Y being reversed always gets me.
